  Bad customers services, argues with customers. I pre ordered a game in store and the day it came out I went to pick my game up and this is what I was told 'it's not on ps4, it doesn't exist' I pre ordered that game in the store and we picked the game with the staff right there they all seen what game I pre ordered I said 'no its real and it's out today' i even went on their own websites and shown them the game, their response was 'well it must be an online only deal so its not our falt' it is your falt you're selling a product that you can't give. i asked for my money back and I got 'it's our policy we can't give your money back' so I left went to insane Games and there it was on the side, all that fuzz because they can't do their job. This happened years ago but I posted it to the old gamestation.
